It's all about that work-life balance, right? I stopped in the Adirondacks for the first time last week, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long weekend getaway. It's only about a 6 hour drive, and there are endless opportunities to get "close to nature and far from stress." We were only there for two nights, but were able to walk Mirror Lake and downtown Lake Placid, try out some great breweries, and hike one of the 46 high peaks, Cascade Mountain. Having lived on the west coast, I was a bit skeptical, but the views from the summit were absolutely breathtaking. The area offers several other recreational opportunities like paddle boarding, kayaking, and camping, and we will be back! Check out Lake Placid Pub & Brewery and Big slide Brewery for that post-hike beer and comfort food, Farmhouse Cafe for breakfast, and Art Devlin's Olympic Motor Inn for affordable, clean accommodations with a view.
PS. If you bring your dog everywhere like I do, Big Slide Brewery has a pet friendly patio, and Art Devlin's pet fee is only $8/night!

I am a dedicated and knowledgeable, fourth generation Philadelphia Area real estate agent who can provide you with the highly specialized information that will help you make the right decisions. Since graduating from college in 2003, real estate has been my life.
I know almost every neighborhood in the Philadelphia region and can help you find the perfect community in which to plant your roots. Most importantly, I respect the fact that this is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make and I allow you to do so with a relaxed no pressure touch. When I start working with you as my client, I stay with you throughout the process no matter how long it takes. I've built my successful business upon relationships, integrity and good faith. The facts speak for themselves, the average home buyer working with a Realtor in the Philadelphia Region pays 91 percent of an original owner asking price, my average buyer client pays 84 percent. Through due diligence, market knowledge, and hard work, I get my clients a level of concessions that few, if any other agents can match.
I am a member of the Suburban West Realtors Association as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. I separate myself from other agents with my technological know how and an utmost degree of flexibility to accommodate my clients' busy schedules. I volunteer in many of the communities in which I serve and proudly give 2 percent of my net profits to non profit causes. When you are ready, feel free to contact me. I am always available to answer all your real estate questions.
